By booking a web design service with Jouxa, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to protect both you and the quality of our work.

1. Packages

The services offered include the 24-Hour Launch, Growth Site, and Elite Package, as outlined on the Services Page. Each package includes a set scope, timeline, and number of revisions. Please review the package details carefully before booking.

2. Payment & Refunds
  • Full payment is required upfront to secure your project.

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Payment is accepted via PayPal.

3. Timelines & Scheduling

Each project has an estimated timeline based on the package selected. Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals may result in extended timelines or rescheduling.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth progress, you agree to:

  • Provide all required content (copy, images, links) on time

  • Communicate clearly and promptly during the project

  • Approve drafts within the given timeline

5. Revisions

Packages include a set number of revision rounds. Additional changes outside the included scope may incur extra fees.

6. Post-Launch Support

Each package includes limited support after the website goes live. Support covers small fixes and questions — not major changes or redesigns.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and full payment:

  • You own the final website and branding files

  • Jouxa retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and promotional content

8. Hosting & Domains

Clients are responsible for purchasing and managing their own domain and hosting. Guidance can be provided, but these costs are not included in the package.

9. Inactivity & Cancellation

If a project becomes inactive (30+ days without communication), it may be archived. A restart fee may apply. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if rescheduling is needed.
